The Studio
My studio sits in a quiet part of my home in Singapore. I wanted it to feel calm the moment you step in, so I kept the space light and open. There’s room to focus without feeling watched or rushed.
People often tell me the space helps them settle before we even start. That matters to me. A good session begins long before the first move. If you can walk in, take a breath, and feel like the room supports you, the rest of the work starts to fall into place.

A Little About Me
I found Pilates during my dance training and stayed with it because it changed how my body felt day to day. It helped me rebuild after injuries and remain steady during pregnancy. It also enhanced my body awareness and helped me be more in tune with my body, allowing me to move more efficiently and stay injury-free.
I aim to help you feel more at ease in your own skin. I guide you through each step, and I give you space to notice what feels right.
